IT engineers/Technical Support

1.Familiar with Computer Network and TCP/IP protocol principles
2.Familiar with routine and its protocol’s principles
3.Familiar with windows AD principle, with at least half-year experience in deployment and  maintenance
4.Skilled in Windows desktop operation system installation, backup and optimization settings
5.Skilled in Outlook, Outlook express, foxmail, etc client port backup and troubleshooting
6.Skilled in network printer, small router installation, configuration and troubleshooting
7.Can read the relevant documents in English; able to install and maintain the devices and systems of English configuration interface；

 A good understanding on integrated cabling system, can install data and voice configuration jumper and wire frame independently;
Able to implement and manage project independently;
Familiar with CAD, Visio mapping software;
Have a good understanding in the cabling products and cabling technology;
Have a good understanding in telephone switching system;
With integrity, have passion for cabling business, able to bear strong work pressure;

1.Telephone booking interviews with potential clients

3.Secondary school qualification

3.Have quick response and creative, standard Mandarin speaker;
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills;
5.Good experience in customer service, self-motivated, able to cope with pressures;
6.Secondary school qualification, experiences in sales, telephone sales and customer service, have a good understanding in IT industry is preferred
